Privacy policy

What customer and licence information the service stores.

Last updated: 2026-06-22

Information collected

The customer portal may store account emails, company names, password hashes, purchase history, invoices, licence keys, device activation fingerprints, support tickets and backend audit records.

How it is used

Data is used to create customer accounts, process purchases, issue licences, activate devices, provide downloads, send account emails, handle support and protect the service from misuse.

Payment data

Card payment details should be handled by the payment provider, such as Stripe Checkout. The portal stores payment references, order status, invoice details and related licence information, not raw card numbers.

Security

The backend includes admin authentication, audit logging, rate limiting, signed licence responses, protected release downloads and production readiness checks. Hosted production deployments should use HTTPS, managed database backups and restricted administrator access.

Retention

Business records, licence activity and support records may be retained while required for service delivery, accounting, security and legal compliance. A final retention schedule should be approved before launch.
