Refund requests

Refund requests should be submitted through the support portal or support email with the invoice number, account email and reason for the request. The support team can review activation history, licence status and purchase details.

Licence cancellation

If an order is refunded or cancelled, the related licence may be suspended, cancelled or deactivated. Installer download access and add-on entitlements may also be removed.

Service issues

If activation or download issues prevent use, customers should contact support first so the issue can be investigated before a refund decision is made.
