1. Software licence
When a customer purchases Godden Business Suite, they receive a licence key for the selected package and any purchased add-ons. The licence controls permitted users, companies, devices, activation status and access to downloads.
2. Customer account
Customers are responsible for keeping account details, passwords and licence keys secure. Access may be suspended if payment fails, a licence is misused, or a security risk is identified.
3. Payments and renewal
Prices, taxes and renewal terms should be shown clearly during checkout. Paid orders generate invoices/receipts and licence entitlements inside the customer portal.
4. Acceptable use
The software must not be resold, reverse engineered, shared outside the licensed organisation, used to bypass licence controls, or used unlawfully.
5. Support and updates
Supported customers can access installer downloads, update information and support tickets through the customer portal. Features may vary by package and add-on.
6. Liability
The software is provided for business administration. Customers should keep independent backups and verify important records. Final production wording should be reviewed professionally.
7. Governing law
These terms are intended to be governed by the laws of England and Wales unless replaced by a reviewed commercial contract.
